Thank you for shopping with Olnna Store. We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. This shipping policy explains how and when your items will be delivered.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, restocking periods, or high-demand launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
United States
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
· You are responsible for any reshipping fees
· Olnna Store is not liable for lost packages due to address errors

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We work with trusted carriers, but issues can occur.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you cannot locate your package:
· Check with neighbors, building staff, or around your property
· Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)
· Contact the carrier directly for investigation
Olnna Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
· Email us within 72 hours
· Include photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us because:
· The address was incorrect
· The package was unclaimed
· Customs fees were unpaid
You may request:
· Reshipment (additional shipping fee applies), or
· Refund (minus shipping charges)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
