Refund policy
At Olnna, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unused and in its original condition
· Packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
· Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
· Digital products (e-gift cards)
· Clearance or final-sale items
· Used or visibly damaged items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method
· Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need a different color or item, simply request an exchange within 30 days.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged/defective)
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can take care of it quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
