Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

1.OlnnaStore is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in return transit. We suggest you contact shipping company for a claim.

2.Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-OlnnaStore product and which didn't arrive at our address correctly.

3.The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
