1. OlnnaStore is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages in return transit. We suggest you contact the shipping company for a claim.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of a non-online store product that didn't arrive at our address correctly.
